JPMorgan Chase Mentoring Program

Main Content

The JPMorgan Chase Mentoring Program connects undergraduate business students with professional and peer mentors to strengthen professional skills, expand networks and explore meaningful career pathways through a structured, hands-on experience.

A Distinct Mentoring Experience

This program is designed for junior and senior students preparing to enter the workforce, complementing Neeley’s broader mentoring initiatives that focus on earlier-stage development.

Mentorship is delivered exclusively by JPMorgan Chase employees, creating direct connections between students and industry professionals.

Students also gain exposure to the corporate environment through an annual visit to JPMorgan Chase’s corporate offices, offering firsthand insight into workplace culture and career pathways.

Program Structure

  • Time Commitment: The program runs for 10 weeks each semester (fall and spring), with mentors and mentees committing at least one hour per week.
  • Matching Process: Mentors and mentees are paired based on shared interests to create a personalized mentoring experience. Professional mentors work with junior and senior students, while peer mentors support first- and second-year students.
  • Customizable Experience: Mentors and mentees collaborate to set goals and expectations, supported by training and resources throughout the program.

For Professional Mentors

Professional mentors provide students with real-world insight, career guidance and industry perspective, helping them prepare for the transition into the workforce.

For Students Seeking a Mentor

Students are matched with a professional or peer mentor to strengthen critical thinking, expand their network and gain exposure to career pathways through guided conversations and applied learning.
