The TCU Sales Center connects you with top sales talent through various events, including
career fairs, mock interviews, role play competitions, case competitions, expert-panel
discussions and networking events.
* All purchases must be through a sales student. This contributes to the experiential education of our students.
How to Get Involved
We have developed a series of engagement opportunities based on firms' familiarity
with our product – our students. Here is a typical maturity model, starting from being
unaware of our program to partnering with it. Please note that this is a standard
model and may vary from company to company.
Relationship Stage 1: Engaging
New to the TCU Sales Center? Typically, companies engage students through our role
play competition and/or mock interviews, experiencing firsthand our students in action.
Relationship Stage 2: Recruiting
After companies see the quality and experience of our students, companies typically
begin recruiting at our career fairs, explore our résumé database and/or sponsor an
exclusive event.
Relationship Stage 3: Integrating
After hiring a few interns and/or full-time employees, companies typically invest
in our center, creating a consistent stream of quality hires through year-round, strategic
partnerships.
