Neeley Complete
Explore. Engage. Reflect.
Neeley Complete is designed to encourage and guide you to a well-rounded, experiential education at the TCU Neeley School of Business, and provide distinction for these achievements at graduation and for your résumé achievements.
Our goal is to ensure all business undergraduate students have the opportunities and resources to build a portfolio of meaningful experiences within, and beyond, the TCU Neeley community before graduating and embarking on a professional career.
Neeley Complete includes six engagement areas: competitions and national conferences, employer-based work, global perspectives, leadership, research and service. When you complete qualifying participation in four or more of the six engagement areas and create a synthesis reflection, you will:
- Earn the Neeley Complete distinction for use on a résumé and portfolio.
- Receive a cord of recognition to wear during graduation.
- Receive an invitation to a social and networking event with fellow Neeley Complete students.
- Earn a LinkedIn microcredential
Neeley Complete is supported by the generosity of Sarah and Regg Jones.
Eligibility
Neeley Complete is open to all business sophomores, juniors and seniors. There is no GPA requirement.
How It Works
What engagement areas are the best fit for your major, interests and future career?
To participate in Neeley Complete, you must fill out an intent to participate form. The form may be completed at any time during your time at the Neeley School, but no later than four weeks prior to your graduation date.
{Create Intent to Participate Form}
Create an outline for when you plan to participate in your selected engagement areas. Have you already started one or more?
Neeley Complete will help you explore internships, job postings, research opportunities with faculty, on-campus events lead by student organizations, intercultural events, study abroad information and more.
Once you complete four or more of the six engagement areas, you will complete a synthesis reflection. The synthesis reflection includes a written component and a creative component. Need more guidance with your synthesis reflection? Explore our synthesis reflection guidelines below. If you’ve already completed your synthesis reflection, please submit it for review no later than four weeks prior to your graduation date.
