Mentorship Programs
Connect with professional and peer mentors across the Neeley community to explore your interests, strengthen your professional skills and navigate meaningful career pathways. Through this hands-on experience, you’ll gain guidance, build confidence and develop the tools to grow as a future business leader.
Designed and led by junior and senior business students, this program helps sophomores build professional skills, explore business career paths and expand their networks. Apply as a mentor or mentee to build your network and develop leadership skills.
Founded and led by students, this peer mentorship program helps first-year business students explore majors, build confidence and begin shaping their academic and career paths.
Departmental Honors
Embrace meaningful challenges through this pathway of distinction for upper-division
business honors students. You will design an independent project that explores a significant
business issue, pursuing creative solutions in collaboration with faculty mentors
and campus resources. Earn credit toward your degree and recognition at graduation
through immersive work that connects academic inquiry to real-world impact.

Taught by career consultants from Neeley’s professional development and career centers, this course empowers sophomore and junior students to explore consulting, connect with industry professionals and prepare for work in the industry.
Gain hands-on market experience as you collaborate with both undergraduate and graduate Neeley students by managing a $1.75 million portfolio that benefits two nonprofit organizations. Apply financial concepts in a real-world investment environment.
Neeley Complete helps you build a portfolio of meaningful experiences beyond the classroom. Through opportunities such as competitions, national conferences, employer-based work, global experiences, leadership, research and service, you’ll build the skills employers value most. The program is open to all Neeley undergraduate sophomores, juniors and seniors.
This selective pathway allows you to earn industry-relevant credentials that demonstrate your professional skills to employers. Through targeted training, real-world experiences and mentorship, you’ll develop competencies in areas such as leadership, communication and professional readiness while building credentials that strengthen your résumé and career prospects.
We’ll guide you through résumé writing, interview preparation, internship and career opportunities and career planning within the world of transaction and related industries. This selective program has tripled the average annual student placement rate in competitive finance internships since its inception in 2014.
Team-Based & Cohort Programs
Join a selective cohort of approximately 30 students in a three-year leadership development
experience focused on leading yourself, groups, teams and organizations. Through immersive
learning — including team retreats and international travel — the program cultivates
principled, effective business leaders.

30 high-achieving first-year students are selected from a competitive pool to participate
in this rigorous three-year experience focused on advanced academics, meaningful networking
