How the Program Works

Neeley & Associates Consulting follows a structured, semester-based engagement model that allows students to work closely with clients while building consulting and leadership skills. 

 

Program Timeline

Late October 
Identify potential consulting projects for the upcoming term. 

November 
Define project scope and expectations with Neeley & Associates principals. 

January 
Project kickoff meetings begin. 

March 
Midpoint project check-ins and progress reviews. 

Late April–Early May 
Final presentations delivered to client organizations. 

May 
Final reports submitted and evaluations completed. 

August–November 
Information sessions, networking events and application process. 

November 
Interviews and selection of consulting teams. 

January 
Consulting bootcamp and project kickoff. 

March 
Midpoint client meetings and progress reviews. 

April–May 
Final presentations and deliverables.
