What You’ll Experience
- Future-ready AI education: Learn through hands-on workshops in AI prompt engineering, data systems and no-code AI tools.
- Direct industry access: Visit organizations such as the Dallas Cowboys and KPMG to see innovation in action.
- Real-world challenges: Work on business problems across accounting, management, marketing, technology and entrepreneurship.
- Capstone competition: Design and pitch an AI-powered product or service to solve a real-world problem.
- Life at TCU: Live in residence halls, dine on campus and participate in social activities while experiencing college life.
Program Details
Spots fill quickly, so registration is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Step 1: Register
Reserve your place by submitting payment using the Register Now button.
Step 2: Complete Your Application
After registering, applicants will receive an email in early January with instructions to complete the application by February 28, 2027.
The application includes:
- A 250–500-word essay (choose from the provided prompts)
- Your most recent high school transcript
- The name and contact information for a teacher or counselor who will provide a letter of recommendation
Step 3: Admission Decision
Admission decisions will be sent via email no later than March 30, 2027.
Step 4: Complete Required Forms
Accepted students and their parents or guardians must complete all required Academy forms by April 15, 2027.
Submitting payment reserves your place in line. Final acceptance is contingent upon completion and review of your application. Applicants who are not admitted will receive a full refund within 14 business days after admission decisions are released.
Program Cost
The Business Innovation Academy registration fee is $2,200, which includes:
- Housing
- Meals
- Program materials
- Program activities
Residential Experience
Students live on campus and participate in a fully immersive residential experience led by Neeley faculty and industry professionals.
Refund Policy
Your registration fee reserves your place in the Academy pending the admission review process.
- Applicants who are not admitted will receive a 100% refund, processed within 14 business days of the admission decision.
- Applicants who withdraw in writing on or before April 30, 2027, will receive a 100% refund.
- Applicants who withdraw in writing between May 1 and June 16, 2027, will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued after June 16, 2027.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, submit a written withdrawal request to bia@tcu.edu. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 14 business days of approval.
