We’re looking for growth-minded students who are ready to develop their leadership skills, engage in a cohort-based experience and apply leadership theory in real-world settings.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25  
  • Strong academic performance and work ethic  
  • Interest in developing leadership skills  
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and faculty  
  • Openness to feedback and coaching  
  • Commitment to a cohort-based program experience  
  • Intention to major within the Neeley School of Business

Application Process

The program is highly selective, with a limited number of students accepted each year. Final decisions are based on academic performance, leadership potential and overall program fit.

 

Application Timeline

The application process takes place during the spring semester.

  • Information sessions and program events occur early in the term  
  • Applications open and close within the spring semester  
  • Selected candidates are notified following application review  

FAQ

Students must be enrolled in the Neeley School of Business and meet first-year requirements before beginning the program. 

Students are expected to participate fully in all program activities, including coursework, travel and experiential components. 

Participants complete a series of leadership-focused courses that integrate with their degree program. 

Graduates receive a leadership designation and gain skills that position them for competitive career opportunities. 

Students participate in a cohort-based international experience as part of the program curriculum. 

Additional program fees may apply for certain experiences, including travel. Financial support may be available.
