Develop the Skills to Lead Others Effectively

Today's leaders must navigate workplace change, engage employees across generations, develop talent and deliver results. The Emerging Leader Program helps rising professionals strengthen their leadership capabilities through practical, business-focused learning experiences.

Participants will gain actionable strategies to address leadership challenges, improve collaboration, coach and develop team members and lead with greater confidence and effectiveness.

8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
April 6-7, 2027

Fee: $1,895* covers all course materials and breakfast, lunch and refreshments.

Certificates will be awarded based on successful completion of the two-day program.
